Why we are

El Migueleno was started in late March 2014, I was given a grand opportunity that I felt could further our Family’s financial situation and possibly start something that could lead to something huge. El Migueleno has become bigger than we initially thought. We’ve received love and need from our community and those far and wide. They come in stop and get something to eat but leave with a memory of a home style feel good restaurant with some of the best Mexican food around. We pride ourselves on great customer service and always wanting to leave a lasting impression in the consumers mind.


Guisados

Everyday Graciela and her cooks come in early in the morning ,with aide from the night befores prep, and they get started on the tedious cycle of cooking a homemade Mexican plate which will be made that days special guisado for all our customers who miss moms cooking from back home or just a curious face trying out a real Mexican dishes.


Mission

Our mission here at El Migueleno is to enlist that little bit of emotion into our Mexican clients that makes them think wow I have not had this good of food since I left Mexico. We want from our non Mexican clients is to expand their knowledge and taste for Mexican food. introduce them to foods they have never heard of or that someone else made wrong and maybe ruined their opinion on that food. We only want to make you enjoy Mexican food (the greatest food) as greatly as possible :).
